- Platform's Role: Nijazone.com is a marketplace that connects Customers with independent Vendors. We are not the seller of record for all products listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.
- Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are solely responsible for their product listings, the quality, authenticity, and accuracy of their products, packaging, shipping, and customer service related to their specific orders.
- Customer Understanding: By purchasing products on Nijazone.com, Customers understand and agree that they are purchasing directly from independent Vendors.
5. Product Listings and Descriptions
- Accuracy: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, complete, and truthful.
- Authenticity & Quality: We are committed to offering authentic and high-quality products.
- Disclosure: Vendors must clearly disclose the condition of products (e.g., new, used) in their descriptions.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: Product prices are set by individual Vendors and may vary.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed on the Platform.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales taxes will be added to your order total as required by law.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for the shipping and delivery of products to Customers.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined at the time of purchase.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon the Vendor's delivery of the items to the carrier.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our detailed Nijazone.com Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is the property of Nijazone.com or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Interfering with the operation of the Platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
